Our prime location blends rural tranquility with easy access to every part of the island. A 10 minute drive in either direction will take you to the centre of San Rafael, or Santa Gertrudis. 20 minutes to Ibiza town and San Antonio means that restaurants, bars and clubs are within easy reach. 

Fun by the pool? Our 18m pool gives you plenty of space to kick back and relax. A pool side sound system gives you perfect sound, while things get cooking on the barbeque. 

Fun in the garden: At RoseRock Villa there is no shortage of activities for you to enjoy. Get out in to nature by walking around our mature gardens and orchard. Have fun with a game of beach-volleyball or badminton on our dedicated sand court, or take things a bit easier and head further down the West garden to enjoy a game of Boules. Both courts are well maintained and game equipment is provided. There is also a dedicated sound system at the volleyball court, so you can enjoy the moment with good friends and good music. 

Fun in the house: A Pool table and sound system ensures that even nights-in have the perfect formula for friends and family. 

Triathlon training: If you are wanting to use our triathlon training pool and small private gym, please speak with our management company after booking, and this can be arranged for at no extra cost, but for the provision of an additional 1000€ deposit. The facilities are there, and the indoor pool is heated to 30 degrees. We have the 'Performance' model by www.endlesspools.com, making RoseRock villa the perfect destination for a triathlon training camp. With easy access to the fantastic and empty roads around the Northern parts of Ibiza, the location is second to none. For road bikes, Ibiza has some fantastic climbs, smooth tarmac, and extraordinary views. The additional 1000€ deposit also enables access to a basic gym, where we have Free Weights, a running machine, and a Weights-Bench & Cage.
